When Tony worked for the NHS Ambulance Service, quite a few years ago, his ambulance was often sent to take Debbie to Southlands Hospital day centre and, occasionally, to Alinora Crescent, Goring for respite and, in this way, he got to know Dorothy. We were also kindly invited to a family party for Debbie held in a hall (in Henfield I believe) which we attended together. Tony and Dorothy acknowledged one another as caring individuals - and he never forgot this dear lady or her late departed daughter. Regretfully, we were out of the country and could not attend her funeral on 26 May but our condolences remain with all the family at this sad time.
